Caffeine

Hmm Long time, this substance has sustained me and help me reach where I am today, and would help me further to gain some things in my life which are still unexplored though seen in those dreams of mine where in I have really dared to go places, and someone has made me realize that I am the bestest of the best and those dreams are real and can be achieved. I know with coffee around me this is not only reachable but can be attained in a bonus manner. Well lets come to caffeine , you must be thinking that the owner of this blog is insane , well I am , and many people feel the same , even those two eyes feel the same, that is why I am always muttering sorry around to her. How can someone write about caffeine, is this something ubiquitous ,well ubiquitous ,made me think , just yesterday I had an argument as to how do we pronounce this word, well I know that someone would definitely be the first one to read my blog as it has been done in the last few days , and sorry to interrupt other people, well just said sorry am too egoistic to apologize, well I am sorry to that person here how it is pronounced as""""""The first "u" is pronounced like the word "you", while the "i'' in the second syllable is like the "i'' in "bit'', "pit'' and "hit''. The following "q..u..i..t" sounds like the word "quit'', and the final "ous'' is pronounced like the "ous'' in "famous'', "dangerous'', and "courageous''. The main stress is on the second syllable. When you say that something is "ubiquitous'' what you are implying is that it is present everywhere. """"""""
That’s better now , lets come back to caffeine, well I am not addicted to smoke, drink drugs , have never doped, but taken coffee in all the wrong ways, have had it since a child, well this is how it began , when I was maybe 5-6 years old , I could not have milk and as my mother was a dietician , milk was compulsory to us, it was like "HAVE YOUR GLASS OF MILK YOU IDIOT"... and this so happened, that my rickshaw man,( in India we have those manual rickshaw pullers for taking toddlers to school ) was waiting for me out side, and i just couldn’t gulp in and here came my dad, mind you he is the best dad you can ever have, he got so pissed off with me , he took the glass , and said if not his stomach let it be his head, and poured the whole glass on my head. Now that’s again not ubiquitous, well this is how it all began, my mom, put a 'lil coffee in my milk and guess what I loved, it and am still loving it, loving it in every sense, with water, with milk, with cold drinks (I have tried coffee with Coke and Thums Up), and above all Raw, to chew it and enjoy the bitterness of every granule. Chew I can only chew Nescafe, Bru Sucks big sense, you can like bru with Milk not raw. Nescafe anytime is 100% granules of coffee, bru contains chicory. Ok what’s caffeine then , why am I just blabbering about coffee, why not tea?A little bit of technical specification , from wiki"Caffeine is a xanthine alkaloid compound,C8H10N4O2, the systematic name 1,3,7-trimethyl-1H-purine-2,6(3H,7H)-dione, acts as a stimulant in humans. The word comes from the Italian term for coffee, cafĂ©.The world's primary source of caffeine is the coffee bean (the seed of the coffee plant), from which coffee is brewed. Caffeine content in coffee varies widely depending on the type of coffee bean and the method of preparation used;[9] even beans within a given bush can show variations in concentration. In general, one serving of coffee ranges from 40 milligrams, for a single shot (30 milliliters) of arabica-variety espresso, to about 100 milligrams for a cup(120 milliliters) of drip coffee. Generally, dark-roast coffee has less caffeine than lighter roasts because the roasting process reduces the bean's caffeine content.[10][11] Arabica coffee normally contains less caffeine than the robusta variety. Coffee also contains trace amounts of theophylline, but no theobromine.Tea is another common source of caffeine. Tea usually contains about half as much caffeine per serving as coffee, depending on the strength of the brew.” So coffee is the best thing to have after tea, this small explanation would have been sufficient, that is the why coffee is better than tea. I have never tasted pure caffeine but then my intake of caffeine through coffee amounts to a little more than 10 sachets of Nescafe daily, not much huh!! Well that’s the addiction. People say it prevents sleep but then studies show that ultimately your body gets used to it and thus the so called caffeine induced sleep order doesn’t exist, but then this is the first time when I am facing something from coffee which I observed after my gym after a week "Although you may think you're getting plenty of liquids when you drink caffeinated beverages, caffeine works against the body in two ways: It has a mild dehydrating effect because it increases the need to urinate. And large amounts of caffeine may cause the body to lose calcium and potassium, causing sore muscles and delayed recovery times after exercise. “Well that’s all about coffee and my addiction towards it, however a word of caution though for the people out there, I have tried leaving it 100 of times but still couldn’t, and am writing this blog after drinking 4 sachets of coffee. Would like to tell you, if you are trying to leave it, don’t let it go in one shot, give it time and you would come out of it!!
BUT THEN IF YOU ARE LEAVING COFFEE, IT’S A WASTE!!!

Why-Run-Dear

Oops!!! Oops? Hinglish Mistake as it is known as wanted to write about Vi-Run-Der aka Virender Sehwag. A saga told thousands time before and heard and unheard thousand and one times before. World cup fever on a high temperature soaring, snowing in Jammu and Kashmir, blood bath in north east India, with all this feelings there is a mixed reaction of everyone in the country about the so called Crazy World Cup. With board exams scorching it like heat and as the so called young guns get prepared for the big day some where across the seven seas there is a team of 15 on whom there are hopes of the billion of the country. Hope on the 11, is sufficient to suppress the hope of few million, who would be writing their exam, which would build the country, develop the country and help it grow it roots into corruption and development. Two words of high difference, maybe earth and sky, water and fire but then that’s what it is, the two different sides of the same coin. Amazing right, why two different sides of the same coin? Well its something like this, when its tail you don’t see heads, and vice versa. So it’s the same thing when you see corruption you don’t see development and when you see development you don’t see corruption. It’s the same thing when you see runs you don’t see wickets, when you see wickets you don’t see runs, but then if there are only wickets and no runs then it’s a problem with a batsman, but then again good for a bowler. Lets now get into some statistics before we go into details, lets try to compare him with few of the two good crickets of India:
1. Vinod Kambli
M I NO Runs HS Ave SR 100 50 Ct St
104 97 21 2477 106 32.59 71.92 2 14 15 0

2. Sanjay Manjrekar
M I NO Runs HS Ave SR 100 50 Ct St
74 70 10 1994 105 33.23 64.30 1 15 23 0

Virendar Sehwag
M I NO Runs HS Ave SR 100 50 Ct St
167 162 7 4833 130 31.18 96.04 7 24 69 0

Did not try to compare him with some one like Anil Kumble Sourav Ganguly etc, well the reason is quite simple they have held the nerve and have been reasons for India win at least a dozen times more if compared to him. Well about Sehwag , as he was initially called to be an Arsenal of runs in the Indian batting line up, has become, too monotonous in his batting style, and as said in a famous movie “dimag ka khel dil se " , somehow doesn’t seem to work in his stroke play anymore. It has been seen in the history of Indian cricket team, where in people, players have been around in the team, when they did not even deserve Ranji for themselves. Sehwag though considered being a key player has not been able to show much in his current form, and his inclusion in the world cup squad was a big surprise for everyone. World Cup as it is known as and worshiped in some of the countries of the world , India , being the biggest of them , has been under a lot of controversy in the last few days. Cricket though a sport has been eventually so much commercialized where in if taken a complete viewer ship of other channels during a match say India Pakistan, would let it drop by nearly 200 %. The whole point is that, is this really justified? With people like Virender Sehwag being backed up by the so call Wall aka Rahul Dravid, is a thing to be debated upon. There is no doubt though the root of cricket originated in England, India has given the game those fruits which has led to the mass popularity, and also giving everyone a taste of Sweet and Bitterness.
Well what about Virender Sehwag, it would be really foolish of me to say that he has only given India a taste of bitter fruit, he has been the one to give India a taste of Success lets make it Sweet Success, but then it was really necessary to give him a long vacation, an unpaid long vacation and let the so called great advertisers of India pay him the same. With the world cup started , don’t know how may types of weapons this guy would attack the opposition with from his Arsenal of Runs, would be good if at the rite time he would Nuke the Opposition.....
All to Say GOOD LUCK INDIA...............
