Caffeine

Hmm Long time, this substance has sustained me and help me reach where I am today, and would help me further to gain some things in my life which are still unexplored though seen in those dreams of mine where in I have really dared to go places, and someone has made me realize that I am the bestest of the best and those dreams are real and can be achieved. I know with coffee around me this is not only reachable but can be attained in a bonus manner. Well lets come to caffeine , you must be thinking that the owner of this blog is insane , well I am , and many people feel the same , even those two eyes feel the same, that is why I am always muttering sorry around to her. How can someone write about caffeine, is this something ubiquitous ,well ubiquitous ,made me think , just yesterday I had an argument as to how do we pronounce this word, well I know that someone would definitely be the first one to read my blog as it has been done in the last few days , and sorry to interrupt other people, well just said sorry am too egoistic to apologize, well I am sorry to that person here how it is pronounced as""""""The first "u" is pronounced like the word "you", while the "i'' in the second syllable is like the "i'' in "bit'', "pit'' and "hit''. The following "q..u..i..t" sounds like the word "quit'', and the final "ous'' is pronounced like the "ous'' in "famous'', "dangerous'', and "courageous''. The main stress is on the second syllable. When you say that something is "ubiquitous'' what you are implying is that it is present everywhere. """"""""
That’s better now , lets come back to caffeine, well I am not addicted to smoke, drink drugs , have never doped, but taken coffee in all the wrong ways, have had it since a child, well this is how it began , when I was maybe 5-6 years old , I could not have milk and as my mother was a dietician , milk was compulsory to us, it was like "HAVE YOUR GLASS OF MILK YOU IDIOT"... and this so happened, that my rickshaw man,( in India we have those manual rickshaw pullers for taking toddlers to school ) was waiting for me out side, and i just couldn’t gulp in and here came my dad, mind you he is the best dad you can ever have, he got so pissed off with me , he took the glass , and said if not his stomach let it be his head, and poured the whole glass on my head. Now that’s again not ubiquitous, well this is how it all began, my mom, put a 'lil coffee in my milk and guess what I loved, it and am still loving it, loving it in every sense, with water, with milk, with cold drinks (I have tried coffee with Coke and Thums Up), and above all Raw, to chew it and enjoy the bitterness of every granule. Chew I can only chew Nescafe, Bru Sucks big sense, you can like bru with Milk not raw. Nescafe anytime is 100% granules of coffee, bru contains chicory. Ok what’s caffeine then , why am I just blabbering about coffee, why not tea?A little bit of technical specification , from wiki"Caffeine is a xanthine alkaloid compound,C8H10N4O2, the systematic name 1,3,7-trimethyl-1H-purine-2,6(3H,7H)-dione, acts as a stimulant in humans. The word comes from the Italian term for coffee, cafĂ©.The world's primary source of caffeine is the coffee bean (the seed of the coffee plant), from which coffee is brewed. Caffeine content in coffee varies widely depending on the type of coffee bean and the method of preparation used;[9] even beans within a given bush can show variations in concentration. In general, one serving of coffee ranges from 40 milligrams, for a single shot (30 milliliters) of arabica-variety espresso, to about 100 milligrams for a cup(120 milliliters) of drip coffee. Generally, dark-roast coffee has less caffeine than lighter roasts because the roasting process reduces the bean's caffeine content.[10][11] Arabica coffee normally contains less caffeine than the robusta variety. Coffee also contains trace amounts of theophylline, but no theobromine.Tea is another common source of caffeine. Tea usually contains about half as much caffeine per serving as coffee, depending on the strength of the brew.” So coffee is the best thing to have after tea, this small explanation would have been sufficient, that is the why coffee is better than tea. I have never tasted pure caffeine but then my intake of caffeine through coffee amounts to a little more than 10 sachets of Nescafe daily, not much huh!! Well that’s the addiction. People say it prevents sleep but then studies show that ultimately your body gets used to it and thus the so called caffeine induced sleep order doesn’t exist, but then this is the first time when I am facing something from coffee which I observed after my gym after a week "Although you may think you're getting plenty of liquids when you drink caffeinated beverages, caffeine works against the body in two ways: It has a mild dehydrating effect because it increases the need to urinate. And large amounts of caffeine may cause the body to lose calcium and potassium, causing sore muscles and delayed recovery times after exercise. “Well that’s all about coffee and my addiction towards it, however a word of caution though for the people out there, I have tried leaving it 100 of times but still couldn’t, and am writing this blog after drinking 4 sachets of coffee. Would like to tell you, if you are trying to leave it, don’t let it go in one shot, give it time and you would come out of it!!
BUT THEN IF YOU ARE LEAVING COFFEE, IT’S A WASTE!!!

-Amen
