Leave apart what is the...... All the other words have a significant impact today! The India stock market has been falling like, water flowing down the Niagra Falls ! Chidambaram is making statement, to help the traders who are flowing down the falls and the US is wisely trying to benefit from the Water of the fall, but alas all in Vain! Will the market be able to flow in the other direction! Has the market seen enough?

Watch out this space as i try to dissect the problems and the questions in my own way! As I try to explain what is the market all about and how the stock price governance is happening today!

An illicit Affair

Just want to say sorry to everyone out here, whom I have loved and never shared this relationship of mine :(. Sorry once again. All I wanted to write about this relation of mine, I could not help it and today I make it public !!! Here is the song for her initially

Well I fell in love with ,where half of my college was in love, the name started of with M and ended with A, ah so beautiful, I knew my life would be so rosy after I get her.
Well if i get it, pyaar to milega saath mein dahej life time ka . Wow I was so happy.
My whole funda of life was that never spend a single amount on your love, but for this newly found love in my college, I started spending, dates every Sunday.
I was meeting with her every day, everywhere, classes college library, then on the table and bed in the night, I was falling in madly for her.There were times when I dated in the bathrooms too ;-).
There were times when I decided to give up my old love, there were times when I ditched my friends. Bunked classes, gave up drinking what all I did not do. Even cut myself to see how much I bleed. Met with accidents to meet up with the dates. Travel 100 miles every Sunday just to have a date with her. There were times when I started meeting people because of this affair, but then I was hating them too, because I came to know , that they were too after her.Ah God how much I hated them ! My affair was never so smooth, and I knew there were some sort of ditches involved.But then I was one who did not believe in the word Destiny, because I had always made my destiny. And this was the time when I really understood that I. This is the reason that I still love her.Well let me go further.I was so happy and frustrated in this relation of mine. I knew the time is coming, my college is coming to an end and I have to answer now to my parents and everybody , as to whats this new relation and where it is taking me !!
Then ultimately in July,3 months of a very good affair I get to know that marriage is on the cards.The marriage dates not finalized and engagement dates also not, but went ahead and registered in the court in November, and they told me they would scrutinize everything and then I would get to know whether everyone agrees or not in January.
Come January and the whole world comes crashing ..
sob sob I try to fix a date every year , thinking that My love would come to me one day, not till now !!

Oops and here is the name MBA .......... sob sob . Ayega Ayega ........oops .. Ayegi Ayegi....

“Ah, amazing shot , he hits the ball hard and the fielder catches the ball just short of the boundary line, and the umpire is consulting the 3rd Umpire, and the player stats :

And its 12 runs.. India wins the world cup. "

December 2099, Australia asks the ICC committee to review the decision.

January 2100, the decision is favoured in Australia, and Australia wins the world cup.

This is not an imaginary story but a truth, which would be visible because of two reasons, globalization and the India role in it and the quota reservation in India. What we need to understand here is that we are compromising two things in this case of quota, the first thing is the nation's growth and the second thing is the prestige of the country which is inflating in the bubble of the term globalization, the country where the people are dying, dying not because of a natural calamity but because of hunger and corruption. Well now here there are two different aspects hunger and corruption. Now a question which would definitely come to your mind is that how hunger and corruption are connected to the quota system.

Let me give an example here , our prestigious institutions no mention of the same, has a stiff competition starting from undergraduate students fighting to the post graduate students, now they might increase the fees thinking that the so called quota would prevent the underprivileged from coming to their colleges. and indeed what happens is that, with the hunger to get into those colleges, there is an increase for the want of money to pay the fees, where in corruption increases, and the other part hunger, because the so called people and their children who are aspiring to get in here, fail, because its not that they are not worth it, but what they observe is that the same students under the quota system who are able to pay their fees get into it.

Now how does this effect the concept of India progressing and the term globalization, lets say an institute says that we have 37.5 % reserved for the reserved category now remaining 62.5%, what happen to them, 33.33 percent of them go out of the country so for the country India to progress remaining is 66.67 percent of the 62.5 %, that means that less than 50% of the class strength of the prestigious institution is helping the country to progress. Think!!!!

Am not against the quota system, but I am against the good being deprived because of the worse who are trying to minimize the possibility of the real deserving coming to the top. The other part here, is that why is this happening in the country India! I remember that when I was a child I used to study that x% of the Indian agriculture depends on rains and today after 2 decades I find that (x-2) % depends, does that mean that we are not doing anything. Its not about we are not doing, its about we are not trying, what would you say if you get the best without doing any hard work, you know you are not intelligent, you know that you have not worked hard, but then because of this privileged quota you get the best and then you somehow manage to pass, and then you are feel that even though you have failed, you have successfully failed !!! That’s what India's economy is going to be all about SUCCESSFULLY FAILED !!!

Working of a Dishwasher

All dishshwashers work in pretty much the same way. To understand how they work, let's look at these three areas:

  • The motor and pump system
  • The controls, switches, valves, and solenoids
  • The interior

The motor and pump system

Your dishwasher has at least one motor. It is attached to a pump, which forces the water up into the sprayer arms. During the drain cycle, it also pushes the water out of the dishwasher…down the drain. A few European dishwashers use two separate motors, one for spraying and one for draining.

The motor is behind an access panel beneath the dishwasher. Some models have reversible motors, others don't. We will also discuss two older types that are not used in the newer dishwashers.

If the motor is reversible, it is mounted vertically right in the center bottom of the dishwasher with the motor shaft pointed up. The pump is mounted atop the motor, then attached to the underside of the dishwasher. When the motor runs one way, the dishwasher pumps water up to the spray arms; when it runs the other way, it drains the water.

If the motor rotates in a single direction, it is mounted horizontally, with the motor shaft pointed sideways, near the center bottom of the dishwasher. The pump is mounted to the end of the motor. The top of the pump is then mounted to the underside of the dishwasher. When the motor runs, it pumps water to the spray arms. To pump water to the drain, a mechanical arm integrated with the pump and motor activates, which diverts the water to the drain.

Two other, older systems are becoming "extinct," in that they are no longer made.

  • One is a belt-driven system. Its motor is near the front right corner of the dishwasher. The pump is mounted to the underside of the dishwasher at the center, and a tube-shaped belt connects the motor and pump. The motor is reversible: when the motor runs one way, the unit pumps water to the spray arms. When it runs the other way, the motor drives the pump to push the water out to the drain.

  • The other system's motor rotates in only one direction. It's mounted vertically, right in the center bottom of the dishwasher, with the shaft of the motor pointed up, with the pump mounted atop the motor. The pump is then attached to the underside of the dishwasher. When the motor runs, it pumps water to the spray arms. To pump water out to the drain, a valve, completely separate from the pump and motor is activated. It diverts the water to the drain.

The controls, switches, valves, and solenoids

A dishwasher has at least three, but often six or more controls, switches, valves and solenoids. We will discuss these:

  • Timer
  • Selector switch
  • Water inlet valve
  • Float switch
  • Soap dispenser
  • Rinse aid dispenser
  • Drain solenoid
  • Thermostat
  • Soil sensors
  • Door switch
  • Drying fan
  • Heating element

Timer

Dishwashers have a timer behind the main control panel at the front top of the dishwasher, or behind the lower access panel. It is either a mechanical device like a simple clock, or it's completely electronic with just a digital readout. The timer runs the dishwasher in a pre-determined pattern. It provides the electricity to all of the dishwasher components at the correct time, for the correct length of time.

Selector switch

A dishwasher usually has one or more selector switches on the main control panel at the top front of the door. The switch(es) allow you to choose among wash cycles, drying cycles (heat or no heat), temperature of the wash or rinse, and so on. The switches tell the timer which cycle options to engage.

Water-inlet valve

At the bottom left or right of the dishwasher, there's a water-inlet valve behind the access panel. This valve lets water flow into the dishwasher for the wash cycle. It is usually attached to the hot-water supply line, and to a tube that is then attached to the left or right side of the dishwasher. When the timer sends electricity to the valve, it opens and lets water into the dishwasher. The valve stops when the water level trips the float switch or when the timer stops sending electricity to the valve.

Float switch

Dishwashers have something meant to keep them from overfilling. This is usually a small switch attached to a float--a float switch. The float, which is usually cylindrical, is inside the dishwasher at the bottom, usually on the left side. As the water level in the dishwasher rises, the float rises too. When it reaches a certain height, the float activates its switch, which cuts the electricity to the water inlet valve. If the water-inlet valve is defective, the dishwasher may overfill.

Soap dispenser

Dishwashers have a soap dispenser located on the inside of the door. When the timer cycle calls for the soap to be emptied into the dishwasher, it either sends electricity to a bi-metal switch that opens it, or it mechanically opens the soap dish.

Rinse aid dispenser

Some dishwashers have a rinse-aid dispenser on the inside of the door. When the timer cycle calls for the rinse aid to be emptied into the dishwasher, it sends electricity to a solenoid switch, which opens the dispenser and measures rinse aid into the dishwasher.

Drain solenoid

Beneath some dishwashers, there's a timer-activated drain solenoid (an electro-magnetic coil) that opens a drain valve, to drain the wash water through a hose and out to the house's plumbing waste system.

Thermostat

Dishwashers have one or more small, cylindrical thermostats. These are a bit larger in diameter than a dime and have two or more wires attached to them. They protect the dishwasher, dishes, and humans by turning off the heating element that heats the water or the air in the dishwasher when it has reached its pre-set temperature. The thermostat automatically re-sets when the temperature falls to a lower level.

Soil sensors

Many of the more-recent dishwashers use multi-component soil sensors, which continually monitor the wash water during the wash cycle. These sensors help the dishwasher to wash for the amount of time that is appropriate for how dirty the dishes are, rather than for a pre-set period. When the water becomes clear enough, the sensor signals the timer to continue with the next cycle.

Door switch

Dishwashers have a door (or door interlock) switch that--if properly functioning--shuts off the dishwasher when the door is open.

Drying fan

Some dishwashers use a small fan to blow air (or heated air) into the dishwasher to dry the dishes faster. If your machine has a drying fan, it's beneath the dishwasher, usually in the back right corner.

Heating element

Dishwashers have at least one heating element--which is often a circular black tube at the bottom of the dishwasher under the lower spray arm. The element usually assists in heating the wash and rinse water to the proper temperature and/or assists in drying the dishes. Some dishwashers have another heating element integrated with the drying fan, to warm the air blown into the dishwasher to dry the dishes.

The interior

The interior of a dishwasher is where the dishes go. It contains the dish racks, the spray arms, and/or the tower that sprays water at the dishes, the upper part of the pump assembly, and the water filter.
